Construction of a new 38,000 square foot facility designed to consolidated multiple facilities into a single, new location. The building includes a child care center for 100 children, community meeting spaces, counseling offices, and administrative offices on two floors.
The building was designed and built to be classified as “High Performance Building” by National Grid’s Advanced Building program, which is 20-30% more efficient than structures built to standard code.
