A local developer selected Burman to manage the construction of a new, three story, 75,000 sf office building. Three abandoned residential buildings were razed and the remaining site was cleared to make way for the new development. Burman had to maintain constant communication and coordination of activities with Amtrak as the project site abutted the high-speed tracks.
The construction of the core and shell of the building was completed to allow the developer to complete future tenant fit-outs and site work consisted of landscaping, site lighting, a 350 park space lot and three underground infiltration basins for stormwater management.
