Project Description

With the expanding needs of the CVS / Caremark Corporation, a dedicated Marketing Support Center was required to accommodate the creative design needs of CVS. Located within the Highland Corporate Park, this 54,000 SF LEED Certified facility will accommodate the entire Marketing Department in a mix of enclosed offices and open plan workspace. The new facility will include an advanced technology conferencing wing, photo studio, a 65 seat cafeteria and flexible creative lounge areas supported with a raised access floor.

The contemporary design concept emphasizes clean lines and a colorful pallet that complements the existing CVS / Caremark design standards. Architectural and mechanical system decisions and construction approach have all been closely monitored to help achieve CVS’s first LEED Certified facility.
