Project Description

Excavation and restructuring of a former internal courtyard, creating a new bar and informal dining area. The entire concrete floor was lowered to improve circulation and gain ceiling height between the newly connected rooms.  Custom crotch mahogany wall panels were installed throughout along with a mahogany and copper topped bar.

The main dining room also received a complete makeover, receiving new architectural columns, flooring, wall covering, fireplace hearth and surround, a built-in host station and all new lighting.
