Project Description

The project scope includes the interior and exterior renovation of an existing 2-story, +/- 13,000 sf building. The existing was built in the late 1960’s, and is a split-level building, with the lower level being a half-story below grade. The entrance to the building is at grade, but enters a Lobby/stairwell which is roughly halfway between the two floors, making the building non-handicap accessible.

As part of the project, the entrance will be relocated to the east side of the building and a new 3-stop elevator will be installed at this location. The renovation includes new office layout and large conference room on the upper level of the building with a new waiting room/gallery space.

The lower level renovation includes a break room, a “war room”, utility spaces, and open office. Each floor will receive all new plumbing fixtures and relocated multi-stall restrooms. The existing mechanical room on the first floor will remain in its
current location, but all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems will be entirely new, as part of the renovation.

The lot which contains the building and its parking will also be fully renovated with new landscaping and parking layout
