Interior renovations to fit-out existing shell space at the Plaza level of CBLS for a wet bench biology laboratory including open lab bench space, fume hood alcove, equipment room, Tissue Culture room and entry / Locker area.
Work includes general construction trades for new partitions, doors and frames, fixed and flexible lab casework and finishes, as well as mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and electrical trades.
